Please let us know if there are any questions along the way; we are glad to help! If there is a term or condition in this policy that you do not agree with then please do not proceed with purchase.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE ✋
Delightfully Dutch reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Any harassing, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior, depending on its nature, will be passed on to law enforcement. Delightfully Dutch reserves the right to cancel any order with personalization that we deem to be not a good fit for our business, values, and brand.

We operate during standard business days, Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm.

PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEOGRAPHY- LISTINGS 📸 📹
Delightfully Dutch strives to present as realistic of a depiction of each item as possible, while also striving to represent each item’s true beauty / potential to inspire your inner interior designer. There are factors we simply cannot control however, such as variations in the buyer’s computer / phone brightness, contrast, screen size, saturation, lighting where the item will be displayed, etc.

MEASUREMENTS 📏
All measurements and weights are approximated (strive for +/-0.1” to +/-0.25” accuracy with a tape measure, and +/-0.5lbs accuracy with a scale).

VINTAGE ITEMS
The authenticity of our items is represented to the best of our ability. We may mention items as being “in the style of” or “similar to” a certain artist, but this does not guarantee authorship. We do not provide certificates of authenticity. Buyers can arrange third-party authentication at their own expense.

SHIPPING- RESPONSIBLITIES 📦
At purchase, the Buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address, any reasonable special shipping / delivery requirements, and ensuring the delivery location is secure from theft. If there is not a secure delivery location at your provided address, then we recommend having the package delivered to a PO Box, having the package delivered to a friend / family member’s address that is more secure, or arranging with Delightfully Dutch prior to shipment to require a signature upon delivery (this signature will require an additional transactional charge, and must be coordinated prior to checkout). Any address changes after shipment may result a delayed delivery date and in extra shipping charges, which the customer will be responsible for paying.
Delightfully Dutch is responsible for labelling the package with the Buyer’s provided address, relaying any special shipping / delivery requirements to the selected Shipping Carrier, securely packaging the item, and selecting a Shipping Carrier that will meet the processing / shipping requirements agreed to at the time of purchase.
The Shipping Carrier is responsible for delivering the package to the specified address on time, following any special shipping / delivery requirements. The Shipping Carrier must handle the package with care.
Delightfully Dutch is not responsible for the Buyer or the Shipping Carrier’s above responsibilities.

PROCEEDING WITH PURCHASE 📝
Proceeding with purchase represents your acknowledgement and agreement with all terms and conditions stated within Delightfully Dutch’s Etsy shop. This includes this “Business Policy” within the “Announcements” on our Etsy Shop storefront, our Shop Policy, our Return Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
Proceeding with purchase represents your acknowledgement and agreement that you have thoroughly read and accept the item(s) description condition (written and images) and, if needed, have resolved all item questions with Delightfully Dutch. Please only place an order with Delightfully Dutch if you are in complete agreement with all the terms and conditions. All orders accepted by Delightfully Dutch are subject to these terms and conditions.

CANCELLATIONS- RESALE ITEMS ✖️
We accept cancellations if notified within two hours of purchase.

SHIPPING- PROCESSING TIME 📦
Delightfully Dutch strives to ship all items within their stated shipping window, although on extremely rare occasions Delightfully Dutch reserves the right to apply an extension for unforeseen circumstances (ex: sickness, extended power outage, acts of God, etc). It's also really important to note that third party shipping companies provide shipping time "estimates" rather than "guarantees", so we are not able to guarantee delivery dates. We are not responsible for any delays by the shipping company or by customs.

SHIPPING- DAMAGES 📦
In the rare event an item arrives damaged, please contact Delightfully Dutch within one week of arrival for assistance navigating the shipping carrier’s refund process. Pictures of the item’s damage as well as pictures of the damaged packaging will be required. Etsy sellers are not responsible for damages unless the shipping company determines that the box was inadequately packaged. Delightfully Dutch is not responsible for item damage incurred from customer unpacking (ex: razor knife scratching an item).

SHIPPING- THEFT 📦
If the package cannot be found, the first course of action should be to check the Shipping Carrier’s tracking information notes to see when & where the Shipping Carrier left the package (sometimes they take pictures), check with others in your residence, check with neighbors, and check any nearby security cameras.
In the unfortunate situation that the package was truly stolen, we recommend contacting local law enforcement. 
If the Shipping Carrier’s tracking information shows your package was successfully delivered to the provided address, then even though we empathize deeply, we must make it clear that Delightfully Dutch has fulfilled our end of the contract (see section “SHIPPING- RESPONSIBILITIES”) and is not obligated to issue a partial / full refund, replace the item, provide store credit, or offer special item discounts with future transactions.

UNPACKAGING 📦
It is recommended that customers wear protective gloves when unpacking their item(s) due to the very rare chance an item broke during shipment.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES- DOMESTIC ↩️
All sales final unless explicitly stated otherwise within listing. Delightfully Dutch strives to represent all items accurately and thoroughly. Returns and exchanges are not accepted beyond our stated cancellation window, but please contact us if you have problems with your order. Refunds are not accepted unless an item has been grossly misrepresented. Refunds are not accepted beyond our stated cancellation window. The buyer has one calendar week after receiving an item to contact Delightfully Dutch with any issues.
If Delightfully Dutch authorizes a return, Delightfully Dutch reserves the right to potentially charge a handling / restocking fee, and have the customer pay for the return shipping cost. Please take care when packaging your return; any damage to the item during returned shipment may be deducted from the refund total at Delightfully Dutch’s sole discretion. Any unauthorized returns sent to Delightfully Dutch will be marked return to sender, if received, and a refund will not be provided.

WARRANTY 📝
All our products, including vintage electronics (phones, radios, televisions, etc), are provided “as-is”, “as found”, and “as seen” and without any kind of warranty or guarantee (express or implied). We expressly disclaim any warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose, as well as any warranties implied by a course of performance, course of dealing, or usage of trade.
We do not guarantee that: (I) any defects or errors will be corrected; (II) the products will be free of harmful materials; or (III) the results of using the product(s) will meet your expectations. You use the product(s) solely at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation on implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Vintage electronics are complex, have varying limited lifespans, and can suddenly degrade in quality or stop working without notice. Vintage replacement components can be difficult, if not impossible to acquire. The buyer accepts this risk when proceeding with purchase. Vintage electronics may not operate at the same quality or reliability as the modern electronics you are used to (example: phone call quality, radio quality, etc.).

LIABILITY LIMITS 📝
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Delightfully Dutch, nor our employees / managers (if applicable) owners, or suppliers shall be liable to you for any lost profits or revenues, or for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damage arising out of or in connection with the product(s) or these terms. In no event shall Delightfully Dutch’s aggregate liability for any damages exceed the product(s) price. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation on incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. All Delightfully Dutch’s items are sold “as-is”, “as found”, and “as seen”, therefore it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure an item is safe for use in the buyer’s desired application, involving the correct experts before purchase and implementation.
Delightfully Dutch’s owners or staff do not include material experts, electrical experts, mechanical experts, etc., but if you want to pay, for example, a certified electrician to inspect an electrical item prior to purchase we highly welcome and encourage that so you can buy in full confidence. We can help get you in contact with local experts in our area if needed.
Delightfully Dutch does not and cannot know the fully usage history of the vintage items offered, and whether they may have been around pets, perfumes, chemicals, smoke, or other potential allergens, or things that could degrade an item like excessive sunlight or placing magnets on electronic items. If this is a concern to you, we recommend either having the item cleaned/tested upon receipt, or simply not purchasing the item.
Items should only be used by adults. If a vintage item is a kid's toy, then it should only be used with direct adult supervision, and only after the Buyer has thoroughly assessed its safety in relation to the kid’s ages & behaviors. 3D prints are not sold as kid’s toys. Delightfully Dutch is in no way responsible or liable for this end user assessment.
